Staff on arrival, throughout and leaving the property were very pleasant and helpful. There was a good selection for breakfast. The common areas and rooms were very clean. Transport to the new/old town was very easy with the tram stop just outside. A good selection of restaurants and bars close by.

Everything about this place is great. Location is amazing, hotel price is great, the unique hotel setup differentiates from the standard hotel feel, its all amazing. I have been there twice and will recommend to anyone in Prague everytime. They also put up a nice welcome cake for my son 20th upon request less than 24 hrs before arrival! That was awesome.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My room was clean and pleasant. The bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with so many different kinds of food to choose from. The restaurant food was excellent and eating on the patio made for a pleasant dining experience. The hotel is just steps away from the tram stop so it was easy to venture out and try the city's public transportation system. I would definitely stay there again.
