Great quieter resort
The room was very nice and clean. The resort was in a great location on the edge of town so a little quieter area but you could still walk to things if you wanted. The pool area was fun.

This property has potential but it needs to be closed and worked on. When we checked in there was a terrible smell in the room, and after complaining they shared there was a dead geico in the AC. It is very clear they didn’t check this room before we checked in because it smelled like it had been sitting there for days. The next day the internet throughout the entire hotel went out. There was no internet for hours so we were not able to work. The new room had very spotty wifi when it was restored but had no hot water. When I asked about the hot water they said they fixed it but we went 4 days with no hot water. On our final night they fixed the hot water. I have been traveling for the last 5 months and I am no stranger to hostels but to be completely honest this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. There was no urgency to accommodate or fix anything for us. When asked about changing our room the front desk person shared there were other major concerns with the available rooms (some did not have hot water as well, the outlets weren’t working, etc). If I am paying for internet, a clean/healthy space, and hot water then I should be receiving this. We were not offered any accommodations for the terrible experience we had.

There were no towels or toiletries in the very tiny room. We had to go back to the front desk, they gave us 1 towel and a tiny shampoo and conditioner for 3 people. Room description that I booked was not what we got. We booked large room, the room was tiny with 2 full size beds.
