Archer Hotel is a lovely property. The courtyard you walk through is a nice preview. Stepping off the hot sidewalk, it is noticeably cooler as you walk through the courtyard. The front desk staff and valet were kind and helpful. We chose not to use housekeeping services during our short stay, so we can't comment about that. We enjoyed a meal in the "Homegrown" restaurant attached to the hotel. The staff was great. The food was excellent, as was the service. No complaints at all and we plan to stay at the Archer during our next trip to Alexandria.

The staff was outstanding. I got there a bit before official check-in and the desk staff had mercy on a very tired traveller, letting me check in a couple of hours early and catch a nap. They were thoughtful throughout my stay. The room was great, housekeeping was helpful when I had a small issue with the bathroom. The hotel is in a wonderful location and all of the resturants/bars connected to it were very nice. I particularly appreciated the availability of gluten free options. A wonderful stay and I will be back!
