The hotel is really nice. My room was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. Valet parking was available which was a plus in old town. It was convenient to have both a breakfast/lunch restaurant and one for dinner adjacent to the to the hotel, I wouldn’t normally have stayed in a hotel in my own town, but my ac stopped working. I was very lucky there were still rooms available on the 4th of July.

Overall the hotel stay was great. Staff was very helpful and attentive with any needs. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because of the parking situation. There is no lot on site, Street parking has a 3hr limit, and valet is $45. Also the walls are a bit thin as we could hear our neighbors throughout the night.

Great location. Sofia was amazing at check in. Staff at check out and the valet were also great. Bottled water, caramels, robes, coffee machine, umbrella all in the room— little touches that made the stay nice. Loved all of the windows in the corner room. Windows need to be cleaned. I’m sure it’s done seasonally but the large windows that let in so much great light it’s disappointed when they’re dirty. Biggest challenge was that we didn’t know there were a few steps to the actual room which meant we couldn’t bring the cart right to our door. Thankfully it wasn’t an accessibility issue for us, but that is something they really should disclose. Can’t wait to come back!

Lovely hotel… staff was available and very helpful. The downside in my mind, when you consider the price you pay for the room, was a very small TV and not a smart TV….no walk-in shower just a bathtub in which the knobs were difficult to use. Being in a boutique hotel and considering the price you pay per night you might think you would get a little more than what the room had to offer.
