This is such a beautiful traditional courtyard hotel. The rooms are huge, the staff is so welcoming and kind (they let me stay until my 9pm flight), the breakfast is delicious and the location cannot be beat. I would 100% recommend staying here!

Despite the friendly servant in the breakfast and good location (close to the central square) we did not feel comfortable in the place. Cold welcome and check-in. Modern atmosphere but also not. Not cozy. Not allowed to wear shoes (while the breakfast room is downstairs so you have to put your shoes on and off). Uneven steps on the stairway up (felt twice). No restaurants in the area. In a street without people in the evenings. Maybe a matter of taste!

Great little boutique hotel!

Excellent, clean boutique, with in five minutes of Registan Square. Even though the young man that works here doesn’t speak English very well, he is super kind, and contacts the manager by phone, if he doesn’t understand something you say. Breakfast is plenty, and delicious. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location, most of the ancient mosques in walking distance. Most important, very comfortable beds(softer) not hard like concrete. I didnt expect comfort of this level. Decent breakfast, and since there is so many little restaurants and caffee shops near by, its not that big deal to have it. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Our stay was just perfect. Overall a good guest house with some problems. It is very close to Registan square but not close to Timur mausoleum where most tours start. Breakfast is included and nice enough but served in a basement room with no windows. For me this was unpleasant. The front desk person is a very nice guy trying to be helpful but he does not speak any English. Difficult communication. Rooms are very large but not necessarily to my taste. Bright white lights everywhere. Needs more soft yellow lighting in the rooms. WiFi did not work in my room. Had to go to the common area often. You are expected to take off your shoes at the entrance of the hotel. I find this weird especially since the carpets inside have plenty of stains. Lastly I’m not sure why they call it a boutique hotel. It is a regular guest house.

Eine sehr schöne, familiengeführte Unterkunft in hervorragender Lage. Der Registan ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, trotzdem ist das Hotel sehr ruhig gelegen. Ein Mini-Markt befindet sich direkt nebenan. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft der Familie. Am Bayram-Fest wurden wir spontan zum Essen eingeladen – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis und ein wunderbares Beispiel für die Herzlichkeit, die wir nicht nur in diesem Hotel, sondern während unserer gesamten Reise durch Usbekistan erlebt haben. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
