Great location with amazing views. The spa was excellent, my wife had a massage and facial and said it was great. With super friendly staff. We did have problems with check in, waited around for 2 hours and could only check in at 6pm. The staff in the restaurant where nice and friendly.

If you are looking for stunning views than the Park Lake provides them. Slightly away but close to both Pucon and Villarica, it provides a quiet haven. Rooma are well appointed and of ample size. Breakfast was great.

The check in was confusing, and they wanted to make a new reservation when they couldn’t find my email. BUT we insisted that we won’t pay again. A little unhappy about that experience but everything else - the breakfast, the sauna, the room, the view was amazing.
