This is a modern hotel, with a contemporary feel, but as we visited at Easter, there were very limited facilities open. The location is set in a quiet region between Cefalu and Palermo, which was handy with a hire car. This offered a good base for our holiday.

Nice place to stay

We were the first guests ever and enjoyed our stay a lot. The nicest hotel we had during our trip in eastern Sicily. Brand new hotel with nice pool and sauna (for sure nice during cold winter days). The pool is having an area for kids and it is placed within flowers and green area. The long sandy beach is just across the street few walking minutes away. Very nice staff and the owners are very passionate about their dream project. Very nice people! Everything is clean and interior has nice colours. As it is brand new, we had great sleep on the new mattress 😏. They have 25 rooms on the first floor (stairs or elevator) and 3 rooms on the GF for people with special needs. Breakfast area is just next to the pool, so you can enjoy the view.

Ho soggiornato recentemente in questa splendida struttura e l’esperienza ha superato ogni aspettativa. Appena arrivati, si viene immediatamente avvolti da un’atmosfera di assoluta tranquillità, perfetta per chi desidera staccare la spina e rigenerarsi. La Spa e il centro benessere sono il vero fiore all'occhiello dell'hotel: ambienti pulitissimi, di grande eleganza e dotati di percorsi e attrezzature all'avanguardia . Ho apprezzato particolarmente la professionalità e la gentilezza del personale: i trattamenti ricevuti sono stati eseguiti con grande cura e attenzione ai dettagli .

Een fijn hotel om een paar dagen te verblijven. Grote kamer met goede voorzieningen. Uitgebreid ontbijt maar ook goede menukaart voor lunch en diner. Het zwembad is groot genoeg met een whirlpool gedeelte. Er zijn voldoende ligbedden voor in de zon of schaduw incl. parasols.

Clean room However the staff may as well not be there. The most lazy hotel I have ever come across. Air con does not work Iron burnt my clothes for a wedding. Curtains broken and hanging off so light would come in from 4am and hotel were willing to do nothing about anything we complained about. Staff are rude. My 5 year old spilt water on her bedsheets so they gave me sheets and told me to change them myself. Food is a rip off. Breakfast is basic and again they will not go out of their way to do anything. I cut an apple and the inside was rotten and black. Thankfullt i cut it and didnt just bite into it.

Oikein hyvä aamiainen ja allasalue. Kaikinpuolin siisti hotelli. Lavuaari voisi olla vessassa, ettei muut herää jos käy yöllä vessassa (meitä oli kaksi aikuista ja kaksi lasta). Yksi parivuode ja levitettävä sohva samassa huoneessa.

Ontzettend teleurstellend. Op het eerste gezicht lijkt alles mooi en luxe, maar zodra we onze hotelkamer binnenkwamen, bleek de werkelijkheid totaal anders te zijn. Er was veel kapot in de kamer: het gordijn hing los, de ophanghaakjes waren kapot, de toiletrolhouder zat los en de algemene staat van de kamer was slecht onderhouden. De douche was echt vies en er zat schimmel in, wat absoluut niet acceptabel is voor een wellnesshotel. Ook was de douchekop stuk; deze lekte aardig. Daarnaast waren er nauwelijks voorzieningen aanwezig. Het zwembad bleek onverwarmd te zijn en was ijskoud, waardoor het eigenlijk niet bruikbaar was. Ook de airconditioning werkte niet goed; je hoorde hem wel aanslaan, maar de temperatuur in de kamer bleef gewoon 24 graden, waardoor slapen erg oncomfortabel was. Een van de grootste teleurstellingen was dat het restaurant gesloten was. Dit werd ons pas verteld op het moment van inchecken. Juist omdat het hotel zo afgelegen ligt, hadden wij bewust voor deze accommodatie gekozen vanwege het aanwezige restaurant. In de omgeving bleken ook andere restaurants gesloten te zijn, waardoor we nauwelijks opties hadden om ergens te eten. De wellness zelf was bovendien absurd duur: €40 per persoon voor slechts één tot anderhalf uur toegang. Voor wat je krijgt is dat echt buiten proportie, zeker omdat het hotel verder vrijwel leeg was en er helemaal niets te doen is. Bij uitchecken werd ons niet eens gevraagd naar onze mening.
