Amazing old and fashinable building in a wonderful location. The staff is really helpful and proactive. The breakfast is amazing with one of the best pancakes ever eaten. I highly recommend this hotel

This unique lodging in an historic palazzo is located in the central part of the city. Major squares are within five minute walk. Parking can be a challenge but the property offers valet service for an extra charge. Breakfast offferings were very good with a variety of options. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel if a bit old fashioned
Beautiful hotel very convenient to the main square but air conditioning in my room not really up to dealing with the heat (39C) when I was there. I do understand they are upgrading it and I would stay there again.

Very nicely restored palazzo, with an interesting mix of new and well preserved old facilities. Our room was large and comfortable. The bath tub/shower was high and a bit difficult to get in and out of—badly needs a grab bar for safe access. Breakfast was ample and diverse enough to accommodate all tastes. Staff very accommodating. Narrow streets, many of which were further limited by ongoing construction projects, made parking virtually impossible and each time we took the car for visits to the surrounding areas, it became an adventure in navigation. The hotel valet parked the car and returned it when requested. That worked well—all our explorations in the ancient city itself were on foot. The early June weather was perfect—but would not have been nice in the rain.
All in all, a great central location, excellent staff, nice room. Make sure you rent a small car! With GPS!

La struttura è antica e quindi andrebbe un po meglio manutenuta vedi mobilio doccia televisore condizionatori.

Colazione discreta e personale molto gentile e disponibile.

La struttura è in un bel palazzo storico. Le camere sono ampie ma richiedono assolutamente manutenzione: troppi dettagli sono trascurati considerando che è un 4 stelle. Comoda la posizione al centro della città e cortese il personale. Buona ma non eccellente la colazione.

Palazzo bellissimo, personale bravissimo e gentilissimo. Ho dato tre stelle a condizioni dell hotel perché...per un 4 stelle...almeno la camera 37 che ho occupato io...andrebbe un po rimodernata nei servizi del bagno, tv, il terzo letto in realtà era un divano letto con materasso sottilissimo che va bene per bambini, non per adulti. Per il resto tutto bene.

L'albergo non aveva le caratteristiche di un 4 stelle. La pulizia della camera era scadente, ho dovuto farlo presente alla reception. La camera con incostrazioni e polvere.L'accoglienza sufficiente anche se gentile, la recepetion modesta e poco luminosa. La sala colazioni semplice e con arredamento spoglio, i prodotti nella media senza particolari attenzioni a quelli locali. Unica consolazione la gentilezza del personale. Non molte indicazioni per individuare la struttura.

Albergo collocato in un palazzo storico, con stanze ampie ma bisognoso di rinnovo negli arredi, illuminazione e nelle pulizia degli interni. A noi è stata data una camera executive con un grande letto matrimoniale e bagno, ma dalla finestra non entrava nemmeno la luce avendo un palazzo di fronte a un paio di metri per cui dava la sending essere sepolti dentro. Anche no.

Posizione bellissima, in pieno centro storico e a due passi dalla piazza principale. Stanze fresche e pulite e colazione abbondante. Unico piccolo neo il parcheggio interno limitato ma comunque disponibile nelle immediate vicinanze.

Sicuramente la struttura può vantare una posizione ottima poichè si trova a 100 metri dal centro città...
la reception inesistente, poteva sembrare l'ingresso di un qualsiasi palazzo antico. Purtroppo anche la camera ha deluso molto le nostre aspettative..mobili non antichi ma vecchi, muri vecchi e trasandati, per non parlare del bagno... era chiaramente un bagno per disabili, senza bidet e la doccia non aveva il piano che avrebbe evitato un lago di acqua durante l'uso.
Non abbiamo trovato le ciabattine di cortesia che in quella situazione sarebbero state vitali.
Per un quattro stelle mi sarei aspettata più cura nei particolari...un vero peccato
