Fantastico!
Hade en fantastisk och avkopplande vistelse! Vänlig personal och helt underbart bland olivträden och övrig omgivning. Med 3 energiska barn så funkade det väldigt bra.

Location e cura della struttura eccellenti, colazione e pulizia altrettanto. Lasciano perplessi gli orari della reception molto limitati e non flessibili per le necessità degli ospiti. In più la nostra stanza si trovava al secondo piano, senza ascensore, ed i bagagli, sia in arrivo che in partenza abbiamo dovuto portarli noi per assenza di personale, condizione non adeguata al livello della struttura. Anche se cortesemente abbiamo trovato in camera una piccola colazione preparata la sera prima, per la nostra partenza alle 0745 ( non alle 0500 del mattino) c'è dispiaciuto non avere avuto la possibilità di un caffè espresso o un cappuccino. Servizio colazione, di conseguenza, può essere migliorato per meglio soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti.

Ancien petit monastère rénové avec soin et à la vue splendide est un lieu très calme exactement ce que nous recherchions (moins d’une heure de l’aéroport de Florence). L’accueil y est chaleureux, (Agnès parle couramment le Français). Paola en cuisine prépare des diners excellents et son sourire le matin vous met du baume au cœur. Bref une adresse que je recommande pour les amoureux de la campagne Toscane.

Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Really excellent and beautiful location, really nice and helpful staff, really quiet, great local food for dinners, good breakfast included, a real chateau with a lot of charm. Staff was very good at making suggestions for places to visit also. Everything we would want in a hotel, really.

The best place we stayed on our two-week trip to Italy. The hotel itself is a gorgeous villa / relais built in the 1600s; the facilities are fabulous; and the staff was extraordinary. The restaurant is beautiful; the food was great; and the garden was gorgeous. (Sunset views were magnificent.) We'd go back in a heartbeat. And we've told everyone about the place.

Neues Navi (Audi) hat das Hotel nicht gefunden. Das Suchen wie früher mit Auskünften von Einheimischen hat sich gelohnt. Freundlicher Empfang mit einem Weisswein nach Wahl, sehr sauberes historisches Haus ohne Lift, atemberaubende Aussicht in gepflegtem Garten, viel Ruhe, nettes Personal, Stromtankstelle mit 2 Plätzen, perfekt funktionierendes WiFi überall.

The villa is located at the top of hill enjoying a stunning Tuscan countryside view. The house itself is antique however well restored, with an exquisite dining room and a professional kitchen. Breakfast is fabulous particularly the handmade orange jam making me feel myself the Paddington bear! We also tried the dinner set which tasted good and natural. For the welcome drink, try the hot chocolate made by the reception lady!
It is a 2 hours drive from Florence or 1.5 hours from Siena, you may need to get a car before confirming the reservation.

Just Beautiful
This has to be one of the most beautiful places that I've ever seen. The villa is romantic and tranquil with an incredible view of the Tuscan countryside. It's obviously quite old, but perfectly restored and with all the modern conveniences. The wifi was a bit spotty in the room, but worked well in the common areas. Agnese, Maria and Paola were very kind and welcoming. It is a bit out of the way, so you should rent a car (or a car and driver) if you're going to stay here. It's a perfect base for exploring the Tuscan countryside.

A beautiful and unique place
Very beautifully located and renovated place with great history, peaceful atmosphere and super-friendly service. Breakfast was served in a beautiful garden and it was great as it changed a bit every day. Room was spacious and clean with tub and fridge etc. Great views and many nice places to hang outside and read a book etc. The pool area was lovely also. Great value for your money! The only downside was a bit slow/at times non-existent wifi.

Exquisite experience. A Gem on a Hill
Relais Villa Bel Poggio was an outstanding experience and even better given its value. The Villa is located at the top of a Hill. The dwelling was refurbished lovingly from a 1600s building. The Adjacent chapel was build some time later (less than a century) but also beautifully restored. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It is the kind of place that you could spend all of your time at, sitting by the pool, relaxing on the grounds, walking the grounds, and reading or talking. We used it as a base for day trips which was perfect. Breakfast was traditional, a sweet/bread table, a salty/savory table and yogurts. I can't say enough good about our experience.
