Great room, nice staff. Phenomenal location across the river from the hisoric district. Parking garage behind the hotel dedicated to the hotel. We had a great experience in one of the loveliest small cities in all of Europe, no exaggeration.

The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are excellent. Everyone is very accommodating and tolerated my awful German well, switching to English when I met my limit. Breakfast is very nice and well recommended. The hotel is in a very good location so great for a city stay, I have stayed here before and will certainly stay again. There is a fitness centre but it is not particularly well equipped, I'd suggest one of the nearby gyms if that matters to you. Room 313 was very comfortable and clean.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and made it easy to explore the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. One of the things I appreciated most was how the hotel showcases its history through the building's architecture and design. It gives the property a unique character and makes the stay even more memorable. I also want to recognize the front desk staff for their outstanding service. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. They answered all my questions with a smile and made the check-in and check-out process quick and easy. Their exceptional hospitality made me feel truly valued as a guest. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
