Beautiful views, good location, nice restaurants nearby, friendly staff, lovely breakfast. The heated pool is a nice touch but was always busy, even now, out of season. Sadly, the place felt a little bit run down in the outdoor areas, broken / rotten outdoor furniture and a lot of rubbish dumped around the car park. Beware the huge ants if you plan to stay in the ‘treehouse’; which we felt would benefit from a little renovation, redecoration and sealing better against insects.

The property is gorgeous. It is undergoing improvements. The spa is incredible. The view is perfect. The room is spacious and has all you need. The menu however did not change till day 3 while we stayed so that was a disappointment

Wonderful stay. Clean rooms. Such friendly and accommodating staff. The restaurant was temporarily closed but they still made sure there was a full breakfast buffet every morning and dinner had a set menu option each night. The pool was open and warm! Lots of parking if you’re renting a car. Great proximity to Florence and rest of Tuscany if you plan to tour around yourself.
