Beautiful and Charming Hotel! Staff is A++++

Great property and the staff makes this place so welcoming. The location is perfect and maybe a 10 min walk to Calle 59. Campeche is absolutely stunning and charming town. Santo Taquito is a MUST EAT!! Try the tacos. Try the Octopus! Great prices and amazing food.

Great Location and very helpful Staff! A+++ Hotel

This Hotel is amazing. Very clean and staff is always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this Hotel while in Campeche. The pool and lobby are so nice. Short walk to Calle 59. If spending 2-3 nights in Campeche then this is the Hotel. The Malecon water boardwalk can be reached in just a few mins by walking.

Casa Piedad was beautiful, so peaceful and calm. We loved that it was in the old, historic neighborhood of San Roman. The church of San Roman was a block away. Within two blocks are two delicious restaurants, Sanro (a minute away) Los Abuelos(in front of the church) a pizza place, a laundry (across from the church, Calle Bravo #16) a small mercado, and a bakery (Corazón de Pan, Calle 14, just past the mercado). The workers at Casa Piedad, Alberi, Ivete and Alejandro, were helpful with everything. We loved the courtyard, the pool, and the kitchen access. Casa Piedad was our home for nine days, and we can't wait to go back! Campeche was a lovely city, as well, so beautiful, historical, friendly, and charming.

Our stay in Campeche

Exceptional stay! Clean, comfortable, with a great swimming pool to cool down after a hot day in Campeche. We particularly liked the shared common area with a great fully equipped kitchen where we had our lunch prior to leave. The host was super friendly and allows us to use the pool and the kitchen after the check-in time. Easy parking on the street. Nearby the city center (10’ walking). Highly recommended!

Everything was ok, unfortunately we were in the only room that is facing the street, so there was quite some noise at all the time. The AC was too direct on the bed and we couldn't regulate it, so it was too cold. But overall nice stay

We have only two good things to say about this hotel good location and shower. We did read quite many reviews about this hotel and have to say we were so disappointed. We have stayed in many boutique hotels and have to say this was not boutique more 2 stars. We were there 3 nights and could not sleep cause heard some machine to start and stop all the time quiet time between was about 30 sec. We did compain about it but did not help. Ac and ventilator were noisy. Room was dark and ascetic. We booked the hotel from Ebookers and there was said that in the reception english is spoken. Have to say it was not and there wee no reception. The older man spoke only spanish and it was hard to say was he speaking to us on the phone cause he turned his back to us while speaking. We used the water that was offered only to wash teeth and bought the drinking water. Coffee and bimbo toast with jam is not breakfast. The price was too high for this hotel. We were so disappointed.

My first room had a severe leak while it was raining and the toilet was clogged. They moved me to another room, which didn’t have any hot water whatsoever and hairs all over the bed sheets and urine stains on the toilet. I left the hotel and booked another place, and the hotel refused to refund me despite saying they would. Avoid at all costs– there are far better hotels in campeche for a similar price.

Aunque no cuenta con estacionamiento hubo lugar en la calle, frente a la propiedad. La alberca se veía muy limpia y todas las instalaciones; aunque es más como un airb&b que te renta un cuarto, no un hotel como lo anuncia Expedia, por lo que no esperes personal que te atienda o servicios adicionales.

Por desgracia solo ocupamos el lugar para dormir. Estuvimos muy poco tiempo. Pero tiene muy bonita ubicación. Y la casa es muy bonita. El área común es de una típica casona de Campeche, con sus techos altos, fresca, y la decoración muy linda. La habitación estaba bien. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

La habitacion estaba sucia,olia a que recien habian fumigado pero no se limpio posterorimente ya que encontre varias cucarachas en la habitación a nuestra llegada.Las almohadas igual bastante sucias .El personal que esta en la recepcion poco amigable cuando le comente sobre realizar la limpieza del lugar se molesto.
