Old school charm
Staff experienced, kind, classy, Room was spacious, bed adjustable, soft, comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, with several fine choices. Nothing inspired, with the wonderful exception of the leader of the team, who is charming and worth a stop. Aircon existed, and, as in much of Europe, not up to the task of keeping pace with rising temperatures (if this is important ti you, it is often worthwhile asking about modernity of aircon and ability to control).

Great Hotel
Final stop on our Switzerland vacation and was the best hotel we stayed at during our time there. Booked a junior suite with king bed, and it was wonderful. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again next time in Zurich!
