We saw the big April storm forecast and headed up; the powder was fantastic! Only downside was a couple of our favorite places were closed. Probably staff with snow-plowing side jobs or ski maniacs who'd rather ski than work. I love this place!!!!

Killington is a great area to visit, not only if you're skiing but also if you're looking for shops, things to do and places to eat that are outside of your typical chains.

Killington is very sports-oriented but also has a good variety of restaurants and there are lots of things to do within a 10-mile radius.

We came late in the season end of March so it was overpriced for the trail conditions-- we could have stayed and skied out west this time of year cheaper with better snow but otherwise it was fine. We'll definitely come earlier in the season nexttime

Great place to visit. Go visit Sarah at Jax restaurant and bar. She was the best ambassador for what to do and see in the area and is so much fun.

Beginner skiers and snowboarders would be better off checking out Pico mountain.

The area here was great. Upscale ski town. Several great restaurant options.

All prices get doubled or MORE come leaf-peeping season and ski season. Complete rip-off during high season for the exact same mediocre lodging. Most have 2 night mins which is annoying if you're traveling through for any other reason than above.

Overnight stay as we were traveling. Everything indoors and outdoors was perfect. Nice selection of local beers and wine.

We weren't there for skiing so can't comment on that. Pretty quiet in the summer.
"A cozy, nicely decorated, and unique accomodation that was adjacent to both Killington and Pico ski resorts. The rooms and amenities were slightly outdated but they were clean and functional. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The large gift shop had a tasteful selection of items."
"Mike and Margaret were so kind and accommodating - their home is located in SUCH a beautiful space, and we were treated to a wonderful breakfast and conversation in the morning. We felt free to come and go, and enjoyed enthusiastic recommendations from Mike, including an exciting "scrabble" up Thundering Brook trail and a glorious swim spot at Kent Pond. Thank you again for everything! "

"Our room was not ready when we arrived at 4:20. The person checking us in was very apologetic and offered us a glass of wine, and breakfast. We really appreciated that!"
"I went here for a nights, had a nice stay. It’s a small hotel but managed very well. They had a live music at the restaurant and I tried their spirit. It was great experience even for a short stay. "
"The meadow leading to the pond was beautiful along with the Adirondack chair on the dock facing the pond and mountains beyond. Great outdoor spaces and a spacious meeting area. Great staff. A real gem."
"Snowed Inn is beautiful! From the moment we arrived, everyone has been so warm and welcoming! We were given a tour of the property and shown to our room. It is so beautiful! The hot tub was a fantastic way to spend the evening! The breakfast options were delicious and having our table reserved for breakfast was such a great touch! Ken even offered to write down things we should see during our trip! We are looking forward to returning to Vermont and will definitely stay at Snowed Inn!"
