I had a four-day half-board booking, but on arrival the hotel claimed I was only booked for breakfast. Even after showing proof, I was left waiting 40 minutes and the manager refused to speak with me. The next day they admitted the mistake and added lunch and dinner, but the service was still disappointing.
The hotel has two towers: Tower 1, where all international guests stay, and Tower 2, where only local Arab guests stay. The difference in service was shocking. Tower 1 was overcrowded with only two staff, no tissues or cutlery on tables, and slow service. In Tower 2, every table had a dedicated waiter and the service was far better.
When I raised this with the manager, he acknowledged it but said “this is how it is.” For a five-star hotel, this unequal treatment is unacceptable. I would not return and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
