This hotel is worth the price. The 24/7 staff was extremely accommodating (we needed a 3:30am ride to the airport and it was arranged). The FREE breakfast was delicious and included make your own waffles along with eggs, meat, fresh breads. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed with chocolate treat. The location was perfect, a walkable neighborhood with restaurants, grocery, shops, and a doable walk to the Palace. We stayed two nights at the end of a cruise but could have stayed much longer.

You cannot get a better location if you want to experience old town Prague. You literally walk outside to the Charles Bridge. It’s close to many other sights as well. The staff were super helpful. Enjoy the restaurant if you can! We loved our stay and would go back if we could.

We had an incredible experience at this hotel. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the historic bridge, but without the crowds and noise. We stayed in the building across from the main building, and it was perfect. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, making it an ideal way to start our day of exploring. This part of the city is beautiful, with so many places to explore on foot. We walked all day from this hotel, never having to take a taxi. The restaurant was fantastic—great service, authentic and delicious food. We highly recommend this place. The price is very reasonable for what you get. If you want to take beautiful photos of the bridge without the crowds, get up early.

We stayed for 2 nights and found the location to be absolutely perfect for exploring the Old Town and all the other city sights. The hotel itself was extremely clean and the room was huge. This hotel is tucked aside the Charles Bridge. Its private terrace is open to guests and offers spectacular views of the tower, rooftops and steeples! The staff in the hotel and the restaurant were so kind, helpful, accommodating and even funny! They were delightful every time we needed help - including when I blew a fuse with a bad adaptor at 1:30 in the morning after arriving from a late flight to the hotel. Their dinner recommendations were spot-on. The breakfast was delicious and offered a number of options. The location is within walking distance to major landmarks, riverside restaurants and great shops. Our room was very clean, the bathroom tasteful and the beds comfortable. Large windows, detailed extra comforts and spacious room. The location is very quiet. The price was just right! I highly suggest waking to see the sunrise on the Charles Bridge!

Great hotel and location right below Charles Bridge. The staff were terrific and breakfast ran until 10:30. Only issue was there was no iron/ironing board in room. Otherwise, I’d stay there again! Loved Prague and for people who like clubs, Karlovy Lazne nightclub (dancing) is very close and is a highly rated club in Europe.
