No shampoo or conditioner
The hotel was very nice. The room was very nice. My only complaint was when I got in the shower there wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner. When my husband went to the front desk she told him the cleaning staff wasn’t in and she didn’t know where they kept it. The cookies were amazing.

New Hotel - great servicde
This is a new facility. Breakfast included hot and cold items and was served at 6am weekdays, 7am weekends. Pool was not in operation. They did say we could go to the hotel next door but alas it was January, so even by car with the cold it was a no go. Workout area was small but good. Nice outdoor dining area and grills. Doors seems to not be very well aligned. We could see out into the hall around that door and the adjoining room door had gaps. Beautiful shower with pump bottles. No recycling either in the room or the breakfast area. Service was extremely friendly. Even when staff was chatting among themselves, they immediately broke up and every single one said hi before going separate ways- good training. Value was very good. There is a microwave and full size fridge, glasses, utensils, pans to microwave a casserole etc. Would have liked a smaller rocks glass or wine glass, but that is just me. Window coverings are double. A privacy shade and then a black out shade which are both super nice. This is located right along the expressway yet it was quiet.

The hotel is brand new so it was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly. They had a kitchenette with silverware and plates which came in handy. The morning breakfast was okay. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower. It was not good at all. If that was fixed I would definitely stay there again.
