Would not recommend the hotel. The location is a bit in the middle of nowhere, so there are no stores or restaurants in walking distance. With this in mind, the hotel does not serve anything in the daytime: the bar does not open until 17:00 and it is not even possible to buy water!!! Insane. You have to pay a lot for lunch (29 euros), and even then you do not get to eat all of it (no pasta or dishes), only bread and some salad. If you want that, then be ready to pay 50 euros. The spa is overcrowded. The staff are strict and not always very friendly (some exceptions of course). The hotel itself is beautiful, so this is so sad. With that said, I truly appreciate the staff member that apologized to me after they strictly told me the day before that my boyfriend would have to leave the lunch premises (although he was a GUEST at the hotel), because only I was eating and had payed. They were afraid that I would give him some of my food…. Two adults at a five star resort.. They let him sit there after I ensured them that I would not share my food with him- which I of course did not. This guy was the nicest person of the hotel, other than that, it’s not the Italian friendliness that we know of and are so fond of. We will not be back.

Camera molto pulita; la nostra si affacciava sul giardino, sulle piscine e sui campi da golf. Peccato solo per la zanzariera alla finestra, che limitava un po’ la splendida vista sul parco. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Molto apprezzato l’aperitivo offerto durante la giornata; sarebbe stato però utile avere a disposizione dei piattini per servirsi al buffet: un piccolo dettaglio che sarebbe perfettamente in linea con il livello della struttura. Ottima colazione a buffet, con ampia scelta e una caffetteria davvero eccellente. La spa è molto piacevole e offre davvero tante opzioni di trattamenti. Sarebbe carino prevedere una fascia oraria riservata esclusivamente agli ospiti dell’hotel, con la possibilità di accedere al centro benessere già dalla mattina presto. In generale, un’esperienza molto positiva.

Il voto 4 é una media il voto che avrei dato all’hotel e quello alla SPA. La SPA è davvero meravigliosa, grande e bellissima. La vasca delle sirene un posto da cui non andresti mai via. L’hotel un po’ meno, considerando che sarebbe un 5 stelle ma molte cose non sono da 5 stelle. Nella nostra camera c’era a parte un odore tipo fumo di sigaretta, diverse cose che avrebbero richiesto un po’ di manutenzione, ad esempio muri sbecccati (visto anche vicino alla sala della colazione), asciugamani per viso e bidet non erano in spugna, le varie luci non si possono comandare dal comodino per cui per spegnerle è necessario fare il giro della camera. La nostra camera era in un ingresso separato per cui per andare e tornare dalla spa é necessario percorrere un tratto esterno, che con le temperature di questi giorni non era proprio il top. La cosa positiva è l’accesso limitato alla spa, dove però non c’è trattamento diverso per gli ospiti dell’hotel rispetto agli ospiti esterni.
