Absolutely beautiful hotel in an excellent location. This was part of a larger trip; so glad we decided to stay here. The customer service was very helpful; arranging several of our outings. As a guest you’re offered a discounted rate to many activities. We chose to have breakfast included and so glad we did. There were many local foods with loads of variety - from sweet treats to healthy options. The spa! What a wonderful place to unwind after a day of adventure. Thank you !!

Wonderful cute hotel in a super beautiful and convenient location. Breakfast was wonderful. The only disappointing aspect of the stay was coffee. For breakfast the quality of the coffee as great but the service was very slow. There was not any self service coffee so the waiter for coffee was very busy. The other disappoint for coffee was there was no instant coffee in room. We even asked and they said they do not provide coffee only tea. We had w anted instant because we left hotel early morning before breakfast service.

The room was cleaned well daily and even replenished our tea. The reception staff, both girls, were amazing and so helpful and cheerful. We loved Sobi and Milo in the restaurant at our breakfast and dinners. I will recommend the hotel to others. It is also well located to three major lifts and the pedestrian zone for all the restaurants, shops, and gelato, as well as the free public cold water fountain to fill bottles.

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel and we came back because the staff is excellent! So friendly and helpful. The downside is the rooms could use some updating and it is very loud. Because it was warm, we needed to open the windows and the noise from town kept us up at night. The spa area is very nice. If we were to come to Ortisea again we would look for something off the Main Street.

My wife and I enjoyed a week stay with breakfast and dinner included. The food was superb, the staff were friendly and professional, and the location was excellent being central to the town. We appreciated the short walk to either gondola station and the ski storage room with boot and glove heaters in our locker. The spa was the perfect place to relax after a full day of skiing. The hotel offered a free reception with wine and appetizers in the bar. We plan to make this an annual trip!

Charming hotel with a friendly staff and in the perfect location! We had a great breakfast each day. The staff was very helpful with suggestions, directions, etc. They seem to take a great deal of pride in working there.
