Fantastic location if in transit. Late train evening before and quick tourist trip to Duomo in AM via Metro literally at front door.

Very good hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Only issue we had was there is no English channels on the tv in the room.

The staff were nice, and the overall condition of the room and location was good. Other than the bathroom smelling like sewage and a public restroom, I enjoyed my stay.

8/10 Very good

Great location near Milan Centrale. Reception staff are lovely and helpful. Room was not really as pictured. Beds were very uncomfortable, had twin room and fortunately there was a spare double quilt which we had to use as bedding was paper thin. Grouting/sealant in shower not very pleasant. Breakfast was not worth it.

2nd time using the hotel. So convenient location being right in front of the central station. One thing- hotel offered taxi service to airport at 70 euro but no need to take it. There is shuttle to either airport in 3 min walk only for 5 euro and easy. So Know that there is another option. We ask hotel for the bus location and they acted like a little dumb. :)

This place was very well located and close to coffee shop and other nice restaurants with outdoor seating. Short walk to Milan train station and easy to get to lake como on train or solo from metro or other trains.also walking few mins to the outlet mall bus was easy. Station is huge but felt safe. Ac in hotel worked really well ; ice cold. Huge floor to ceiling windows in room with views of Milan . Very friendly staff and attentive.

8/10 Very good

Booked the Glam purely for its proximity to Milan Centrale. Check in was quite smooth although i had some trouble opening the door (needs a good push apparently). Decent size room for my son and me but a little bit rough on the edges in terms of condition and cleanliness. Check out queue in the morning was slightly long but i had prepaid so just dropped off the jey on tge counter.

the location of this hotel is so convenient, it is 100 metres from Centrale Station for train arrivals and departures, easy access to the Express to MXP, it's on the Metro line so touring around the city is easy. i've stayed at this hotel a bunch of times and love the location.
