The hotel is amazing Located at a walkable distance from milan centrale so no need for a bus or taxi The room and bathroom was very clean The stuff was friendly and helpful The lady suggested us a very nice day tour in milan and draw the route on the map عندهم شطافة 😂 The only disadvantage was that the elevator and the room was narrow but it is okay because a tourist spends the whole day out side and only come back to sleep

More like a 1 or 2 star hotel - avoid at all costs
This is more like a 1 or (MAYBE) 2 star hotel; - The room was a joke. I paid for "family rooms" throughout Italy and Switzerland on a 10 day trip and each one was larger than a standard room. This room was a regular room that had 4 beds jammed in it side by side, with less then an inch between each bed and the next, all four beds blending into one bed (each at different heights confusingly) literally touching 3 sides of the walls. - Everything in the room from the bedding, the linens, the super hollow doors to each room is cheap. The best way I can describe each of those things is that they all seemed like they were purchased at a dollar store here in the states for a homeless shelter. - The carpeting of the elevator is run down so bad it's missing a massive patch (about 18 inches in diameter) in the center. - The elevator itself feels very unstable. We took the stairs the whole time. - The area is dark, gloomy and industrial. - The decor in the lobby is grossly outdated - The service was bare minimum at best and disinterested at worst. When we arrived, the hotel employee sat in an empty lobby watching my 9 and 11 year old daughters trying to bring their luggage up the stairs at the entrance. - Literally the only benefit of this hotel is that the stairway is surprisingly nice and the location is close to the train station. - The wifi was unusable - much slower than my phone's 3g connection

Overnight stay in Milan.
Clean comfortable well located for train station. No shortage of places to eat within walking distance. Overnight stay in a small single room very well set out with fridge. Will stay here again should I return to Milan.

Easily accessible
For the sake of convenience. Service was so-so in comparison to a 2 star hotel I stayed in Pisa. They even charge for luggage storage which I'm quite appalled. Room conditions are old yet clean. Easily accessible to Milano Centrale, Sondrio Metro Station (yellow line) and Malpensa Airport Express buses.
