横浜アリーナでのコンサートへ行くために利用しました。子供連れだったのでチェックインの際にキッズ用アメニティを頂いたのだがスリッパが小さすぎて履けず…フロントカウンターにアーティストのボードを手作りされていてホスピタリティーが高いことに嬉しく思った。
