Room was VERY comfortable and really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the morning or evening. Walking through the grounds is a real pleasure. And if you don’t want to walk, there an excellent ‘train’ service that circulates around tne resort. Facilities, service and food all recommended.

It was such a beautiful place to say the staff was super helpful and even made conversation with you. The only issue we had was the mosquitoes The main door doesn’t go all the way to the ground so there is a sleigh crack, which allows the bug to come in so every night my husband was fighting with the mosquitoes before we went to bed. overall, I would still go again it’s just maybe we’ll be more prepared on how to keep mosquitoes out.

Nice property but it is very big and the trolly doesn’t run often enough. The room was nice but tons of mosquitoes and there was blood and smeared mosquitoes in several places. The food was very good but I mainly only ate at à la carte restaurants and the platinum restaurants (the one meal I had at the sports bar was basic). Also, the treatment you get in the platinum areas is far better than the rest of the resort. I would say that if you’re not purchasing platinum, it may not be worth it at Princess. It makes a huge difference.

If you are scared of cockroaches like me or have a sensitive stomach, PLEASE dont go to this resort and most surrounding resorts. They have done a beautiful job of containing the problem and keeping everything clean but still you'll spot cockroaches. Nothing bad will happen to you, keep most your stuff In your suitcase and keep it all zipped. Food is better during lunch than dinner. Make dinner rezos at resturants. Eat hot food and the chances of getting sick are minimal. I didnt get sick. Staff is wonderful. Resort is gorgeous. Theres a 24/7 bar which is fantastic. Decent entertainment and clubs nearby. Enjoy!!

I spent one week in this property and can't recommend it enough, as I had an incredible time in it. The room was very comfortable, with the bed in a slightly higher level than the main room. The room location was also very convenient, a very short walk to the pool, beach, and restaurants. All the staff was very very courteous and accommodating, probably the best feature, as they make everyone feel welcome and trouble free. This is an all inclusive property, which is the first time I tried, and I would say I was very pleased with it. The quality and variety of the food and drinks was very good, and the service was very generous. There's a requirement to make reservations for dinner, but that was not an issue at all using their portal\app reservations page. Overall I was extremely happy with this vacation, and would really recommend.

We traveled with our 5-month-old and overall had a very enjoyable stay. The room was clean, the amenities were great, and the hotel itself was very nice. The main issue we experienced was with mosquitoes coming out from the bathroom drains, particularly the shower drain and around the base of the toilet, likely due to water retention. There was no unpleasant smell, and everything was otherwise very clean, so this seemed more like a maintenance/plumbing issue rather than a cleanliness problem. We ended up killing more than 20 mosquitoes and had to keep the bathroom door closed to prevent them from getting into the room. We still enjoyed our stay, but I strongly recommend that the hotel address this issue, especially since families with young children may be staying in the rooms. As for the food, we were not particularly impressed with the buffet, as the options were somewhat limited and not as good as we expected. We did, however, visit the Italian restaurant, where the steak and food were very good, and the service was excellent. Overall, we had a nice stay and appreciated the cleanliness, amenities, and service. Hopefully, the hotel can resolve the mosquito issue coming from the bathroom drains, as that would make the experience much better.

Just finished and amazing holiday here! I am a very off site excursion person so dont use all of the amenities and pool services. However, i had a wonderful stay, its such a beautiful resort and the staff are so kind, friendly and helpful, they all remembered my name and greeted me everyday! The room was kept nice and clean and a very good size The beach was pristine and very well looked after aswell as the grounds. The birds on site were beautiful and made it complete. All food and restaurants were of high quality and had a great selection of food. The gym is the best I have used whilst travelling, i wouldn't compare it to a standard gym back home, however it has a lot more than others I have been to and is well kept. Drinks and service were also of high standards and they always did their best to accommodate! Thankyou so much for such a wonderful and memorable stay ❤️

I'd like to start by saying, the entertainment group especially Cristoval and Juan were amazing people. Funny, friendly, great dancers, overall they were a great time to be around. The people here, the staff are so nice, respectful and humbled. They treat you and talk to you like family. The pool was always a blast with different events each day including a foam party. I got to meet great people here. The things that sucked about it were, the first room we were in was full of mosquitoes. Even had babies in the shower! The AC broke the 2nd night. Thankfully they moved us to another room which was much cleaner and the shower was clean! Also, not every restaurant had great food. It was okay. The staff always made it better though. My rating would be like a 3.5.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at the resort. The property was beautiful, the amenities were great, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. Overall, we truly enjoyed our vacation. Unfortunately, there were two disappointing experiences. After eating a burger from the 24/7 restaurant, I became very ill with what seemed to be food poisoning and experienced flu-like symptoms. We also booked round-trip airport transportation through WB Punta Cana Team (Talixo). The ride from the airport to the resort was smooth, but our return transportation never showed up. Despite multiple calls and messages, we didn’t receive a response for nearly an hour and had to take another taxi to avoid missing our flight, which cost us $30. When I later asked about reimbursement, I was only offered $20. The resort itself was excellent, and the staff made our stay memorable. However, the experience with WB Punta Cana Team (Talixo) was unacceptable and unprofessional, and I would not use their transportation service again

DO NOT STAY (don’t say I didn’t warn you). The rooms were dated & smelled mildewy. We had a block of four rooms - two of our air conditioning units stopped working mid way through our trip. We had to move rooms. Humidity and lack of AC is not good. Key bracelets stopped working and this is the only way to get into your room. Had to walk back to front desk to get fixed (at least 3 times). Food is mediocre at best. We tried just about every restaurant hoping one would be a little better - no chance. Breakfast buffet at the beach was the best food option. But all of this we could overlook because of the beach but what really soured our experience was the poor quality of service we received throughout. We tried tipping, we spoke Spanish and yet we were met with disinterest and sometimes rude service. I get it - there are lots of us and maybe it can be a little much but we were very dissatisfied with the level of service.

Overall, my wife and I liked the resort, but we wouldn't stay here again. ​The Positives: We stayed in the Platinum section, and the room was great—very spacious with an excellent layout. We really enjoyed walking around the property and seeing all the roaming wildlife, especially the plenty of peacocks and ducks. The beach was beautiful with plenty of palapas for shade. In the evenings, we mainly hung out at the Platinum bar, and Jose the bartender was fantastic. The property overall is well-maintained. ​The OK: We only ate at the buffet, and it was just okay—nothing special, but not bad. When it comes to cleanliness, my wife didn't feel the public areas were all that clean, though I wouldn't say it was horrible. I also wish they had water filling stations around the property rather than just relying on plastic water bottles. ​The Negatives: During our stay, the air conditioning for the entire resort broke down for about a day and a half. While I understand that these things happen, I didn't feel the staff did a great job of communicating updates to the guests. Additionally, my wife became nauseous, and we actually had to leave a day early. She had only eaten a minimal amount of food there, so we aren't 100% sure the resort food was the cause, but we aren't sure what else it could have been. I ate plenty and felt completely fine.

We stayed at this resort from June 6 to June 12 and booked two rooms. The positives first: the beach was absolutely beautiful, the coffee shop was excellent, and the natural surroundings were stunning. Those were definitely the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, our overall experience was very disappointing. One of our rooms had a cooling system that did not work properly, making it extremely uncomfortable. We went to the front desk three separate times, and each time we were told that someone had been sent to fix it and that the issue had been resolved. In reality, no one ever came to the room, and nothing was fixed. It wasn’t until our fourth complaint that they finally agreed to move us to another room. The rooms also had mosquitoes and cockroaches. The Wi-Fi was extremely weak and unreliable, the food options were limited and repetitive every day, and the swimming pool was full of dead insects, making it unpleasant to use. Overall, this resort did not live up to expectations and was not worth the money we paid. While the beach and scenery were beautiful, the poor maintenance, lack of honesty from the staff regarding our room issue, and the overall quality of the facilities made this a very frustrating experience. I would not choose to stay here again

Pros: - Big pool and amazing beach with good amount of seating. We didn’t have a problem finding chairs after looking for a few mins. - Most of the staff was friendly and helpful - Room was big and a good layout - Train/tram to take guests around the hotel was running often and we could usually get on it. Only crowded sometimes so we’d just walk but as big as the hotel seems, it’s very walkable and you can get from the furthest point in under 15 mins. Cons: - Room could have been cleaner. The floors weren’t that clean, linens and towels weren’t the cleanest and a little dingy. One of our sinks had little flies living in it and they’d sit there all day. At least 5 flies at any given time in the bathroom. - Our mini fridge didn’t work and we had to call over 5 times to finally have it fixed so the first 2 days we didn’t have cold drinks in the room and it was so hot outside. - Food was not very good. The buffet food was mediocre and the specialty restaurants weren’t much better. The Gaucho steakhouse was the best meal we had of all. - The Vacation Rentals staff scamming guests into a “90 mins presentation” was extremely annoying. Our 3-day vacation was almost ruined because of it. Be aware and decline the offer for “a nice breakfast with a presentation and welcome gift” unless you want to sit through a 3-hour sales pitch for a vacation membership.
