Staff is very helpful! Our stay in January I would give 4 stars because the room was a little dusty and the bedside lamps didn’t work (however we booked day-of and mostly just needed a place to crash). For our February stay, we were sent an email asking for preferences a few days in advance. I asked for a freshly dusted room due to my own allergies, and the staff did a great job! For our February stay we also stayed in a nicer room with a living room and tub and the tub was great!
