The Grand Mark is centrally located and walking distance to most locations. I could not think of a better spot. The staff is very friendly and helpful except bar service was always slow and never busy. The property is old and the interior feels a bit dated but adequate. The old decor did not bother me as much as the rooms and hallways were always very clean. I recommend this property and would stay here again.

Really liked the location and our room was upgraded which was also very nice. Housekeeping did not observe the do not disturb sign several times in our 3 night stay. I would recommend putting the lock on the inside of the door to prevent their entry while you are still in the room.

The hotel was very gracious and allowed us to check in several hours prior to check in time. This was obviously very kind and appreciated. It’s a Nice property and in a great location…room was clean, and reasonably decorated, furniture was pretty well used. The pillows were not what I would have expected, and quite frankly some of the worst I have had in many years of travelling. The staff was nice…but the housekeeping team were very inconsistent, over the course of our 5 night stay. All in all pretty much the hat we expected and would stay here again if visiting Prague.

The hotel has a good location, close to old town and close to train station. Beware of the “City Tax” that nobody will inform you about, neither booking site nor hotel and the time of booking or checking in. You will only find out when you check out as it will be added to your bill. Nobody also will care that your were not informed or that your booking should have included it, they will not reimburse you. Hotel is clean, staff is helpful. The rooms air conditioning is weak, at least in my room, which is a bit problematic in hot summer night. The two floor rooms have bath/shower on the upper level with a window, very strange design. If you are staying with your family, they can literally watch you shower from the main floor. You will have to ask them leave the main floor to be able to shower comfortably.

Lacked charm. The lady at the reception was cold, the location was on a large, busy street (although close to tourist attractions), and the room was bland. To be fair, the bellman in the morning was charming, the garden in the back was pretty, and the rooms were huge. Just expect more from a luxury hotel - starting with reception.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing - probably one of the best breakfast buffets I've ever had. The location was perfect - could walk to the Old Town in under 10 minutes, which was ideal for the Christmas Markets. The beds were comfortable and room was very quiet. If I ever go back to Prague then I'd 100% stay here again.
