Zudem ist der Preis trotz Nebensaison sehr hoch, für das was man bekommt. Check-Out ist um 10.00 Uhr, obwohl man selber putzen und aufräumen muss."

"Our special requests were dealt with promptly. The staff were very helpful and we really appreciated the elevator. We enjoyed our breakfasts at the hotel and were pleased to discover meals at the nearby brew pub. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well-appointed. The absolute best though was when we couldn’t get a taxi, reception called the hotel owner who drove us to our next destination - above and beyond good service!!"

"The staff are really nice, helpful people. The breakfast was a bit rubbish, next to no hot option. It is open 5am -10am I think. I qas £150 a night for a tiny room with no a/c and a single bed. Pretty sure i was bitten by bed bugs but i can't prove this, i may have been bitten from something while walking round town. €25 for a laye checkout seemed fair.
Location is as central as it get. Theres a lively sitting area out the front, perfect for a beer in the sun or some food ( i only ate breakfast...

"Something different. Stayed in a so called Pipo wagon which was really nicely done and very comfortable. A bottle of red wine was waiting upon arrival and freshly baked bread rolls in the morning. A lovely experience. "

Da passt noch nicht mal ein Kind rein und Sie geben es auf Ihrer Internetseite als Schlafplätze für zwei Personen an. Dort kann nicht mal eine Person aufrecht sitzen, mir fehlen die Worte.
Außerdem stinken beide Häuser extrem widerlich nach nassem Hund. Jedes Möbelstück stinkt und das Betreiben der Heizung...

"Nice hotel. A bit worn down. The restaurant was a disaster. Smallest steak in my life accompanied with two potatoes straight from the microwave. We asked for more than two potatoes and the kitchen couldn't handle it. We had to pay 6eur for 5extra potatoes, also straight from the microwave.
The great restaurants in town offered plates for exactly the same price, and was dimensions better than what we had to eat at the hotel restaurant. "

"Clean large room with terrace with a great seaview love come back here in the summer for walks and bike riding. Lovely area not been here for over 40 years since I left the Netherlands.
Highly recommend this hotel for a longer stay, originally only booked for one night with booked another night straight away.
Amazing for water sports.

"We spent 4 nights at Heavens Hotel whilst we visited friends in Hoorn, and the hotel was an absolute delight! The setting within an old church is so unique - the room was large and roomy, very clean, a lovely bathroom. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating, and were happy to come back if we had a late start leaving our room. Reception staff were also very friendly.
Breakfast on offer was extensive and very tasty - the chef was very accommodating. Perhaps the only disappointing part of our stay was that the staff member in charge of breakfast each day tried to explain on several days how the breakfast worked - we were the only Australians in the hotel at the time, I believe, and speaking English, and the breakfast restaurant was not terribly busy at the time, so it was disappointing that she did not remember we had been to breakfast the day before, and then the day before that, and the day before. Also, we ordered English breakfast tea each morning, and each morning we were surprised that our order wasn't remembered. This was a minimal issue, and I feel a little critical in mentioning it, however we stayed in a number of hotels throughout Europe which were much busier, and most days our orders (and ourselves) were remembered by breakfast staff. The little personal touch of remembering that we had been there the day previously, and remembering what we ordered to drink, would have made a huge difference.
Overall - a great stay, highly recommended!"
