Staff was helpful and polite the gotel is perfectly situated and breakfast plentiful. Hotel beatiful and impressive outside and inside only issues is that it was full and it felt like a train station especially at breakfast unless we arrived much later all together great hotel

We stayed four nights at this wonderful hotel. The location is excellent. It was very clean, and the bed was really comfy. I asked for a firmer pillow and it was provided immediately. The service is excellent too.

Very convenient for sightseeing, shopping and good food options. We loved opening the large windows to hear the “clop-clop-clopping” sounds from the hooves of the carriage horses. Will stay here again.

The hotel has a fantastic location. Everything was within walking distance, including luxury shopping, excellent restaurants, and many of the city’s top attractions. We hardly needed any transportation because it was so convenient to walk everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the city and explore on foot.

Great place, very convenient to public transportation. Check in a little complicated. The before arrival communication was never communicated which made the check in a little frustrating.
