All straff was great Manjula made our dinners so great The owner, who is lokal, is very present and greats every guest. The place is so beautiful If there is anything to wish for according to us personaly, it would be the music. Less electronic, more real artist - not AI music, end less loud - at least att dinnertime. You sit by the ocean to for the ocean.

Amazing rooms!

The room we got at Le Duc were above all expectations, like a little villa with a huge bathroom. It was so good that we actually extended our stay. The beach just 10 meters from the room was amazing so it's lovely to stay there or it's possible to go on excursions to different beaches and islands. The only thing the wan't super, was the evening food (we're no big fans of buffets) and our last evening we had a really bad experience at the Tapas restaurant at the beach (belongs to the hotel if I've not mistaken) with terrible food and service.

Sök er hit om ni vill ha Ibiza-bassäng och nattklubb – annars, undvik Le Duc de Praslin! Vi spenderade vår vistelse på Le Duc de Praslin (9–16 oktober) och ångrar djupt att vi valde detta hotell. Om du söker en lugn och avkopplande semester i paradiset är detta fel ställe. ​Hotellet anordnar nattklubb tre dagar i veckan samt har en strandbar (ägd av samma hotell) med extremt högljudd musik och pumpande bas som gör det omöjligt att sova. Information om "viss underhållning" vid bokning är ett skämt i sammanhanget – detta är partyhotellnivå. När vi klagade bekräftade personalen att det är högt, lovade att sänka, men ingenting hände. Hotels.com vägrade dessutom ta ansvar efteråt. ​Rumsspecifikationen stämmer inte heller: Rummet marknadsfördes som 55 kvm, men vid egen mätning visade det sig att den faktiska boytan knappt når 33–34 kvm. Det är kraftigt missvisande för ett hotell i den här prisklassen. ​Det är synd, för hotellet har absolut ljusglimtar vad gäller personal och mat: ​Ett särskilt tack till Hillary (Guest Relations) som var väldigt trevlig och verkligen gjorde sitt yttersta utifrån de svåra omständigheter hon tyvärr inte själv rådde över. ​Stort tack även till Gabriella i matsalen som alltid var genuint glad, professionell och spred energi. ​Maten på buffén är helt ok, även om den håller vanlig hotellstandard snarare än den femstjärniga nivå man förväntar sig. Super recomendado este bello hotel, una excelente ubicación , preciosa playa, buena calidad de comida y excelente servicio. Gracias a Ron por su amabilidad y calurosa atención desde nuestra llegada hasta nuestra salida. Viajamos con todos nuestros hijos de todas las edades y nos hicieron sentir siempre como en casa. El señor Robert (dueño del hotel ) siempre pendiente de todos los detalles del hotel , muy cuidadoso y amable en todos los aspectos. Por último gracias a Stephanie y Sakeem por sus servicios, fueron muy amable siempre. Todo el personal de la playa también fueron impecables y amigables, definitivamente volveremos pronto.

Bel hôtel avec une bonne restauration, une salle de sport bien équipée et l'une des plus belle plage de l'île. Personnel attentionné. Plutôt bons cocktails au bar de la plage (le Café des Arts). Attention : l'hôtel fait discothèque le week-end. Si la musique vous dérange, évitez les nuits des vendredi et samedi ; choisissez-les, au contraire, si vous appréciez les soirées festives.

Un hôtel merveilleux, une superbe communication, un accueil chaleureux. Un large choix d’aliments de qualité pour le petit-déjeuner ainsi que pour le dîner. Une jolie chambre décorée avec soin Hôtel très bien placé, un accès direct à la magnifique plage Côte d’or. Gros pour le propriétaire M. Payet qui prend le temps de saluer ses clients. Étant un couple de voyageurs, c’est la première fois qu’un hôtel mérite 1000/10 ! Un réel coup de cœur, nous y reviendrons, c’est certain. Merci au Duc de Praslin et aux habitants de l’île de Praslin d’avoir sublimé notre voyage de noces.

We were in Seychelles for a week-long honeymoon in September 2021 and we stayed in a different hotel room each night. This was no question top 3 for us. The views from the resort are incredible, the two pools (especially the hang out area on the water with the plunge pools) were a huge perk, and they had some of the best food/drinks of anywhere we stayed. The rooms were clean and modern, and the staff were all very friendly. Highly recommend if you plan to visit Praslin!

Magnifique lieu commun les piscines la plage le restau la nourriture est excellente . Par contre notre chambre honeymoon très très déçue des fourmis dans les chambres en permanence malgré le passage des femmes de Menage . Aucun geste n a été offert en compensation . Bebe de 6 mois avec des biberons enroulés de fourmis . Pour le prix de la nuite c scandaleux . C dommage car le reste est top . Les joints de la salle de bain vétuste à revoir

Many extra hidden charges

Very expensive for what it’s worth, they make you pay for espresso coffee in the room. I was charged for 2 water in the mini bar when I only drunk 1. The charge is for the drinks when It was supposed to be free because the room came with a half board but they didn’t inform that drinks are separate.

Le Duc de Praslin is truly beautiful. 5 star property. You can have it all at Le Duc from a long white sand beach to sparkling clean pools, a new beachside club with music and dancing and comfortable rooms. The design of the buildings and gardens is stunning with beautiful driftwood and plantings and more. We completely enjoyed our stay. The food is very good and a selection that should make everyone happy. The staff is quick to be helpful and the owner Robert is always around checking in with guests. A special thank you to Rawan who always remembered how we liked our favorite cocktails :)
