Crazy
The apartment I had already booked was subsituted last minute for a cheaper one the day before I was set to arrive …the sofa bed was as hard as an ironing board and a foul smell came out of the bathroom piping. The boiler was’´t set on so the first night I could not even take a shower. The xorst was that it was very complicated to speak with agency to understand wgat was hapoening (every time a new operator aski g solething different) . Hotels com kept listing the original apartment, my reviews refer to the one I was offered kast minute as a replacement. Givé the short notice and the impendi g travel the agency should have contacted me by phone while I almost got crazy trying to talk with a phisiczl person and not a chat bot or an answering machine , risking not to find an apt at my arrival the day after
