The customer service was lackluster at best, poor communication-did not tell us in advance that the incidentals are $150 per room per night if booked through a hotels.com or any other third party, The Jaccuzi did not work and the heated pool did not work the water was cold the children got a bacterial infection on their feet from the pool which was not cleaned.

The room was GREAT! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The breakfast was fine -- nothing special and the hot food was only warm. Nice fresh fruit and juice and coffee were excellent.
