Was told that the room was taken cause another person complained of smoke smell..the room didn’t smell like smoke at all glad the manager let us see/smell room and he went above and beyond to help!! Great place to stay!

Folks were very nice and polite. I had to ask for housekeeping, which was weird. Very clean. No premium channels and no connection to Prime or Netflix. Overall slightly overpriced for the value.

Lackluster, but comfortable
We arrived late at night and while the night desk person was polite, they were very confused as to how to use the software and were trying to complete tasks and serve multiple customers at a time, which made the experience frustrating and caused it to take nearly 15 minutes. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean, but the bathroom had a lot of stray hair in the shower and the mechanism to switch the water from the faucet to the showerhead was broken.
