The room was clean and welcoming and the atmosphere of the hotel overall was lovely, hearkening back to a less turbulent time. We enjoyed the Polar Bar a lot. The Smoke and Mirrors cocktail is tasty, and fun. Highly recommended

The breakfast was delicious however the fresh fruit was near the fire making it very warm and not appealing but the hot foods was delicious the hotel itself is very beautiful with lots of charm very friendly customer service the room is also very charming but the bed was quite uncomfortable.

This hotel is amazing! It’s got a lot of history. I love the old black & white photos of former club members in the lobby and room. I love the architecture with the walrus heads on the outside. Beautiful wood workmanship in the lobby and in the Polar Bar. Rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is excellent, and the food in the Polar Bar is outstanding. One of the best hotels I ever stayed at.
