Excellent traditional hotel with very nice and dedicated staffing (feels understaffed however... and I say this to defend the staffing as they work hard between museum visits and checking in when it gets busy ;). Overall amazing experience. We had the Lux Double Room above the reception and we LOVED IT. The breakfast was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the museum tour excellent. About 5 min walk from downtown Mostar old town. Parking was also affordable (5 euros a night) and safely localized 20m from the hotel. Highly recommend. Only negative aspect was that my pillow felt +++ stiff and there were no softer pillows. But I made things work:). Overall excellent 5/5.

This hotel provides such a unique experience- you stay in a museum and get a free private tour as part of your stay! Great location 10 mins from the bridge and staff lovely. The bedrooms (at least ours on the top floor) was a bit of an ergonomic nightmare which involved regular head bumps - but I think it is fair to overlook this given you are staying in an 18th century rather grand townhouse

This hotel, which is also a museum, is owned by the 9th generation of the same family. Mostar is busy and bustling, but in an anonymous side street, maybe 0.5 mile from the centre of town, is this oasis of calm and quiet. Our room was quirky, but great. Well cleaned and maintained with good air-conditioning (hot and cold if required). Breakfast was simple and delicious and the staff cannot do enough to help you. If you want to step away from chain or identikit hotels, this is the place to stay. One small note of caution, we arrived very late and sat nav took us to the door, but we couldn't see how to get in. If this happens to you, face uphill, the turn 1/4 to your left. There are two very big wooden doors. The entry is the right hand door, will a bell if you need assistance.

A lovely experience. The staff were warm and helpful. A very unique stay if you're looking from something different. Some rooms on the third floor would be tough for tall people. Roughly ten minute walk south or less, mostly flat, to the old bridge. And more cafes and restaurants a few minutes to the north. Great location just outside the old town. Nice light breakfast with good coffee

This is such a unique hotel, formerly an Ottoman house dating to the 17th century. I was amazed that this beautiful, well preserved building also had great amenities like good AC, a delicious breakfast, and quiet & private rooms. I would recommend this room to anyone traveling to Mostar!
