I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It's in an excellent location; within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, parks, museums and other major tourist attractions. The hotel offers free buffet style breakfast, which was delicious and it has an outdoor terrace and a beautiful pool. My only suggestion is for this hotel to update their social media accounts, so that they can keep promoting this hotel and more people can take advantage of the amazing things this hotel has to offer.

Location was great but lots of construction in front of the property. Hard to get to it, parking was also challenging but the staff was willing to help.

This hotel is in an excellent location for walking to historical and cultural sites, museums, shopping, dining, interacting with friendly people, and feeling safe. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and breakfast that is included in the price of the room is very good. The downside of this hotel is its lack of maintenance. I stayed in two rooms and each one needed some repairs, including painting, better cleaning, and fixing cracks in walls. Also, the lobby area could be brighter. With upgrades, this hotel would be a great place to stay in Zona Colonial.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it truly has the best bang for your buck in this area— large rooms, friendly staff, and safe location. It was unfortunate that the road in front of the hotel is closed and under construction currently. Breakfast is hit or miss but there’s a variety for everyone.

Great place, although the street is torn up at the moment. Quick check in with super friendly, professional staff. Would stay again. Rooms are big with high sealing and very clean.

Excellent location 1/2 a block from El Conde (the main road lined with shops, souvenirs, and cafes that's only open to foot traffic!). Also, about 4 minutes away from Parque Colon, filled with restaurants and music. We had a wonderful experience staying here, enjoying the daily breakfast and using the rooftop pool during the mid-day heat.
