The location of this hotel is perfect. Just over 5k from the centre of Luxor but a different world. The gardens are beautiful and it is so peaceful. There is no hassle and you can wander round the grounds without being bothered
The rooms are spacious and very clean
There is enough choice for breakfast and for your evening meal
The staff are very professional and cannot do enough for you. English is widely spoken and understood
We loved this place so much that we have booked another week later in December

Pros : Nice property, big rooms
Cons : you need to be shuttled around to your rooms from reception. Far away from restaurants so only option is to eat here unless you want to be taxied out. Restaurants get full. Buffet restaurant will be your main option. Expensive compared to the quality of food. Check-in process very slow. If you have morning tours like people usually do for hot air balloons, you need to get shuttled to reception first.

The restaurants are great and the food delicious and not expensive .
Mustafa from reception went out of his way to make our stay comfortable , gave us an early check in and looked after us .
