Room was nice and clean, quiet except from the street which they provided a sound machine to help with that. Nice and close to the theater!

A little run down and musty smelling. Room was clean.

6/10 Good

The location was excellent. We were able to walk to dinner and entertainment. Our rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable. The place does need some TLC, chipped paint and banged up floorboards and furniture. The courtyard could be amazing if it were cared for.

Very comfortable rooms. Staff is not too visible. Some spaces are not used or available. ( Court Yard, restaurant space). Seems to be a hotel that is in transition.

Location is convenient, parking not available but a lot isn’t too far away. Room and overall decor was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Wasn’t informed of any amenities, we didn’t know they had breakfast.
