The location was very accessible to everything, next door to Platinum mall, just a short walk to Big C and Central World. Canal boat going to MBK is very close. Staff are all friendly and speaks well in English. Room was spotless every day. And the breakfast buffet was satisfying. We're already planning to come back next year at this hotel.
