The hotel was clean with friendly staff. The hotel is in a nice area with shopping centers nearby, as well night markets. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices to really enjoy the meal.

The suite was clean but aged and overused, staff was on business, food was an average but elevators are awesome. The positive is location to fashion malls, Central World and Big C.

4/10 Fair

I have been staying at the Grand Diamond Suites for about 10 years , usually for about a week at a time, however I think I've stayed for the last time. Let's start with positive things. The staff are very helpful, the daily cleaning great however the WiFi and TV hardly work. Two only English channels that are on about 2hrs repeat and the WiFi is unusable. Have reported it to staff who say sorry but nothing is EVER DONE. The hotel needs to be refurbished. It's well past its usebuy date.
