I must say, The Marshall House has been one of my top places to stay in all my travels. For one, the staff was always so friendly and accommodated any needs we had. The extra amenities of entertainment at 5:30, happy hour, breakfast and free waters for the day were wonderful. The best part was the fabulous staff!

We loved our stay! Staff was very friendly and the place is cozy. The free breakfast was good and the staff was helpful there as well. My only very small complaint is there were areas in the room that were dusty with cobwebs, and there was not a trash can in the room - only a tiny one in the bathroom. But these of course did not impact our overall stay which was wonderful!

We enjoyed the evening reception and music. We stayed here due to the historical nature and possible ghost sightings. We asked at the front desk and they said that there were some things to look at. On the day we were leaving, we discovered there was a guided audio tour that no one had told us about. Location was great and dinner at restaurant was excellent!

This place was AMAZING. The staff were wonderful, everything the hotel had to offer from simple games in the library to wine to entertainment to probably the creamiest breakfast quiche I’ve had in ages from their breakfast buffet were, in my personal book, top tier. We stayed here for a convention last week and we really enjoyed our stay! This is a lovely, well maintained historic hotel with a vibrant history. The entire staff is so kind and helpful. Breakfast every morning had lots to choose from and their afternoon entertainment with drinks and snacks is such a nice touch. The hotel is also located in the historic district so it close to the river with ferry’s to the convention center and it’s close to a lot fun activities. Our room was on the 3rd floor and there was no street noise. The air conditioning is loud if your a light sleeper so bring earplugs. Wouldn’t stop me from staying here again though! I’ll for sure come back if I’m visiting Savannah again.
