There was a drop of dried blood and hairs on our bathroom floor. After we were moved to another room, we found hairs on the bed pillows. Housekeeping needs to improve and to be trained better. The front desk was helpful at check in and a nice addition were the chocolate chip cookies in the lobby.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. Did not use the pool but did use the hot tub, a nice way to relax at the end of the day. The parking lot gets pretty full but there is some off-street parking also available. There is no breakfast but coffee is available all day. The hotel is close to downtown which is nice, as traffic and parking downtown can be challenging. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was in an ideal location, but admittedly, we were disappointed with its quality. When I called to book, I was told that they had stopped serving breakfast, but hoped they would reinstate that again soon. Despite having a full breakfast area, they didn’t serve breakfast. Instead, we were told of a couple expensive restaurants nearby. We went to one of those our first morning. By the second morning, we had realized there was a McDonald’s, which was more reasonable and just as tasty. The staff were polite, and we were given ample linens for our stay. We didn’t use the game room to the full, but that might be a draw for some families. The workout space was well-equipped.

Nice room and comfortable bed. Biggest issue was the paper thin walls - we could hear the people next door on either side talking. Also, no breakfast was provided at the hotel. Check in went smoothly as did check out.
