Very nice property, comfortable beds and breakfast had a good variety. The restaurant on site however had substandard food which we didn’t enjoy better to go in the nearby town like Il Capriccio for a nice dinner.

Excellent view with amazing sunsets. Great location to visit thermal club and natural thermal spot. Staff were eager to help although the restaurant could use more staff at dinner. Waiters were very polite although overwhelmed. Visited 10 yrs ago and will likely come back again.

The property was amazing, the staff were the most helpful of all the places we visited in Spain and Italy on our trip. I didn’t know we needed a car to visit this area and transport was arranged and the owner himself picked us up and dropped us off for a reasonable fee. This is a must see area.

This is a very nice - charming, small hotel with excellent service. It's old and at the same time is very well kept. Staff and service were amazing, including service desk, pool bar and restaurant. Great restaurant on the property, excellent food. And amazing views all around!

I will highly recommend this beautiful hotel to my family and friends, and I hope to return someday soon. The outstandingly helpful staff was gracious and gave me excellent assistance as a solo traveler. As I did not have a car, I needed to secure drivers from the train station pick up and to visit Cascate del Murino. This was a nice hotel near the hot spring. The food at the attached restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Too bad the pool was not open when we were there. Sarafim at the front desk was very helpful.
