Hotel was beautiful! Enjoyed our stay, staff was wonderful especially Hara Tzinieri, she was so helpful and friendly! We did have to rent a car since the area was remote. Hara arranged one the same morning for us! Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and we enjoyed the pool area with bar service for a pre dinner cocktail.

Pros: pool and beach access are fabulous. Breakfast is delicious and filling. Cons: this was my second time staying here (first time in 2024). I reserved a family suite, hoping to get the same style room we had before, with two separate bedrooms (for two small families traveling together). I called the property multiple times before our trip to confirm room layout, but no one answered the phone. I emailed several times to confirm, but never got a clear answer. Upon arrival, the front desk staff gave me the run around, each person telling me to wait for someone else. But no one ever responded. It was odd. Unfortunately, the Family Suite is not two separate bedrooms. There is a main bedroom, and then two twin beds by the front door. Not designed for getting kids to bed. You must walk through the kids space to use the bathroom or leave the room. We ended up adding a second booking to have two separate bedrooms. It would have been much more economical to book two separate rooms, which I would have done if anyone had responded to my questions! Overall, the staff/management were abrasive/unresponsive throughout our stay, and the family suite is overpriced for what you get. Side note--the cost of bottled water on site is high, and they will not fill personal water bottles, so purchase water before arrival. Lastly, we did not receive the complimentary bottle of wine per the reservation agreement. Not a huge issue, but just added to the feeling of being unwelcomed.

The first thing to say is that the staff - ALL the staff - were lovely! Any and every request was dealt with cheerful good humour & efficiency. The whole place is also kept immaculately clean, even down to spraying then pressure-washing the (v comfortable) sun loungers by the (excellent) pool. This is one of the best hotels my wife and I have ever stayed at. The staff is excellent. The bed is pretty comfy. And the pool and beach with plenty of chairs are excellent. Would recommend to anyone. The parking can be a little tight so get a small rental car. You will need a car. Included breakfast is very good with lots of options. Dinner is reasonably priced.
