This was a modern hotel in a modern city. Very well located near the old city and enjoyable

8/10 Very good

It’s a good hotel but not a 5 star. The beds are big and comfy, the air con is great and the breakfast is very good too. However, they don’t have smart tv in the room so only Spanish channels available which isn’t great for international tourists; they don’t have a gym, they only had one lift in operation for 6 floors and the other allow of the bedrooms are full of marks which wouldn’t expect of a 5*.

Well appointed, staff were very friendly and helpful. We only had one night there but wish we could have stayed longer. Oviedo and Barcelo Oviedo Cervantes Hotel well worth a visit.

8/10 Very good

Hotel was great, close to the centre of town - staff very helpful, rooms lovely, bar staff engaging. Reception staff helped us to locate somewhere to eat. Very nice indeed The parking is an adventure! The small parking is both entrance and exit! the spaces are also small so be aware if you have a large car. Also be brave and just go for it!

The hotel was ok, nothing special, par for the course. Small rooms, very tight parking. Fantastic location

6/10 Good

Just to be clear: the staff was very helpful and nice - everywhere in the hotel. This is clearly not a five star hotel, more like a four - or three star, hade it not been for the excellent staff. The room was not comfortable. The furniture such as the one chair in the room was uncomfortable, the fridge/minibar was placed in an awkward position best suited for an athlete, under the desk in the opposite direction. The shower was not a very inviting place with nowhere to place stuff and the wardrobe was also placed in an awkward position. The room had good size but had an impersonal, none existing decor. Breakfast was ok, not much else to say about it. Garage is narrow, very narrow.

The front desk staff was great. Beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. Some of the facility looks a bit worn, carpets in the halls were a bit dirty, but this was compensated for by the excellent staff.

8/10 Very good

Typical business hotel. Very clean /efficient but functional. Walk to old town was 15-20mins, so with hindsight, would have chosen a hotel nearer the restaurants and old town. Car park under the hotel was convenient, but very narrow spaces/entrance, so was very glad that we had a small car
