What a cool, quirky spot the Dwell Hotel is! I loved the midcentury decor, which they committed to throughout the property. The location is convenient--a quick walk from great restaurants and coffee shops. The amenities were unusual (like the hotel itself)-including a sound machine! I loved that while this was a Marriott property, it was far from a chain--with distinctive rooms to select from. I appreciated the listing of local faves the hotel offered too (much more interesting than the coffee shop front desk folks suggested: Starbucks!). While the view wasn't particularly appealing, having my own balcony area was a treat!

The too was great. The staff were professional and friendly. We very much enjoyed this quirky, deco era boutique hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was updated enough to be comfortable. I’ll happily come back to this homey place. The young woman who checked us in, the 3rd shift guy who said he was weird and even the maid, they were all great! Thanks for making us feel so comfortable.

We were made very welcome by the whole team at The Dwell, the room was very cozy with the fireplace when needed and the bathroom was beautiful. We also made use of the Matilda cocktail lounge which was a comfortable setting. We will definitely stay again when in Chattanooga.
