From the moment we arrived, we knew we were going to enjoy our stay and that was because of the staff, from Valet parking to reception. During our stay, every single staff member we came into contact with were professional, polite and smiling. Great choice of food for breakfast, and the Chinese restaurant was superb. Look forward to going back.

The staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The food selection and quality at breakfast and dinner was first class, as was the service in the executive lounge. We received a free room upgrade overlooking the pool and the Grand Mosque, which was a real added bonus.

Would like to give thanks to Shangri-la Qaryat Al Beri at Abu Dhabi team for making our 27th wedding anniversary memorable. Sarbina of Guest Relations has spent extra thoughts in decorating our room before we checked in the hotel. We are very pleased with the brilliant decoration. We have tried the 2 restaurants Shang Palace and Bord Eau and in both restaurants, food and services are super awesome.
