It is clean and the staff is extremely nice, but the rooms need painting, the furniture is old and shows chipped paint, the tiles in the bathroom are broken, the shower needs new washers, and the towels are grey, hard, and old, not fitting for a 5-star hotel.

The front desk and entry staff are amazing. As you exit your vehicle, they are there to greet you, help you in any way as your room is arranged. We were at the resort 4 nights and everyone around the front desk helped us at any time of day with planning, ideas for a rainy day, etc. The breakfast buffet has anything you would want and makes for a perfect start of your day.
