Hotel is good and comfy with all the basic needs that you need. It even has a complimentary breakfast. Staff very accomodating and if you arrive early which we did you have to wait for the check in time, they wont let you check in early. This hotel is good for short stay.

The location is great because it is just 150-200 meter a way from the train station. The breakfast is also delicious. The staff are very helpful and polite. We had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Toyama.

Very great staff, they were amazing and kind to my kids. Staff was very helpful in locating the post office as well. I enjoyed breakfast and the kids enjoyed the arts and crafts set out after breakfast. The rooms are a little tight and you can only really see the main street from our room, but the room was clean and the hotel had free umbrella and bike usage. We didnt have a chance to use the bikes but I found it very convenient. Overall enjoyed our brief stay.

The hotel is walking distance from Toyama station and surrounded by rent a car companies and shopping areas free drinks were good but in other hotels that I have stayed we got snacks. Breakfast was good but need more variety if you are staying for several days. Same offerings.

The free breakfast in the morning is delicious! Theres so much variety...honestly its such a huge plus. The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. Service is top notch. Laundry is cheap and efficient (watch out for the dryer though, it does dry your clothes in very high heat). Rooms are a bit smaller than expected, but good enough for a short stay.

Good Hotel with some disadvantages

Hotel was not that near station, maybe 5 or 6min walk. I got caught in rain as there were no shelters. Biggest discomfort was the thin pillow provided, had a bad night sleep. Hotel provided good complimentary breakfast. 2nd return had a double room. Very spacious by Japn standard. Clean and easy access.

Unfortunately, I have to say that the breakfast was quite below average, then, the coffee and many of the food items ran out before the breakfast time was scheduled to end. The staff was attentive but they had substandard materials and too little product to work with. Offering a free breakfast sounds like a nice perk, and it would be if it didn’t leave a bad taste in your mouth.
