Excellent stay. I’ve been staying at the Metropoltan once or twice a year for last 4 years and primarily choose this hotel for the location and excellent facilities for a great fare. Very friendly staff and they always strive to accommodate all guest requests. I’m looking forward to my next stay here soon. Would highly recommend.

5-Star Hotel We were expecting 5 star service from the staff - however, there were few staff personnel who seem more interested in serving and catering white international travellers over us. This felt humiliating despite staying at such a good Reputed hotel. Even at the restaurant the charges were what someone would expect but again the staff seem something was funny and kept smirking constantly after taking my table order. Flies were all over the food and we had to finally call them to complain that flies were all over the food then they started the HVAC system above us. Ridiculously pricing for such poor service. There were really good staff members too - which made us feel like home and made sure that our stay was comfortable without any problems.

Room was clean. Needs refurbishing. Very old curtains, chairs etc look like original from when built in 2000…. Staff good. Gym is poorly kept and needs refurbishing and new exercise mats… they are worn through and filthy dirty….., I complained and they disappeared but not replaced. Food is good no issues staff good no issues generally clean but nothing extra. It is a good hotel for say 140 usd per night… otherwise try others

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. The rooms were clean and the morning breakfast was really good. The hotel is close to Connaught Place and there are few restaurants few minutes outside of the hotel. I would highly recommend to prospective guests.
