Staff were super attentive (maybe a little overboard). Food was very good but not outstanding. Breakfast entertainment by roving trio was a pleasant highlight.

Loved everything about this property. We had a pool view. The air conditioning didn’t seem to be working properly, but I wasn’t too bothered by it. The restaurant food is really good. The staff are helpful and really nice. We’d stay here again.

The presentation was amazing, and I loved every bit of it. You walk in and instantly feel this calming, peaceful energy throughout the whole space. I brought my kids, and the pool area was ideal for both my 4 and 8 year old — safe, clean, and just right for their ages. The spa was the cherry on top; it felt so unreal, like I was completely unplugged from everything.

My family and I stayed here and it was amazing! The hospitality is top notch, as are the facilities. The room we had was spacious, beautiful and comfortable. I loved the bed and hot shower. It rained the day we were there, so we didn't get to explore much of the city, but we took advantage of the on-site museums with the kids and had a great time. We also explored the hotel because it is just gorgeous with beautiful views of the mountains and volcano.
