Disappointing
Overall we were quite disappointed about this hotel.
- Our 'Superior room' was clean, but very small.
- Their website advertises for ‘free shuttle’ to the MTR, but it only runs once early in the morning.
- The room had a kettle, but there were no complimentary coffee or tea bags.
- The bathroom had a cheap liquid soap, but there were no complimentary shampoos etc.
- There were 2 towels, but no hand towels or face cloths.
- The pool (shown and listed on the website) was closed. The 'Sky Garden' was also closed.
- There were no meals/breakfast available in the hotel, and the only other nearby hotel that offered meals closed early one day and was ‘closed for private functions’ the next day.
- Check-in took nearly 2 hours.
- The duty manager was unreasonable and woke us with a phone call at 11.45pm.
- We will never stay in this hotel again and warn anyone looking at booking to very carefully read the small-print and be prepared for an unpleasant time while staying there.
