Completely overpriced

We stayed at this hotel because it was part of Relais & Chateaux. It shouldn’t be. It’s a terrible experience, with rooms that haven’t be renovated in years, with service only in Portuguese and that seem to be there against their will. The food is a disaster. Even the breakfast is tasteless. The whole experience is a suite of disappointments.

Tivemos uma experiência incrível no Txai Itacaré. O hotel é lindo, muito bem conservado, extremamente limpo e os quartos são muito confortáveis. A equipe merece um destaque especial: todos foram muito atenciosos, gentis e prestativos durante toda a estadia. O check-in também foi uma experiência diferenciada, muito acolhedora e perfeitamente adequada à proposta do hotel. O restaurante é excelente e a comida, muito saborosa. O único ponto que considero negativo são os preços praticados no restaurante, especialmente na carta de vinhos, que achei bastante acima da média, assim como os valores de alguns pratos. Acredito que seria um aspecto importante a ser revisto pelo hotel. Fora isso, foi uma estadia maravilhosa, em um lugar belíssimo, confortável e com um atendimento excelente. Uma experiência realmente especial! Se quiser, posso também fazer uma versão mais curta e mais espontânea, com cara de avaliação de hóspede no Hoteis.com.

Staff atencioso, atenderam meus pedidos com rapidez e cuidado. Restaurante não é nada especial e preços ok. Me incomodou a cobrança de cafés expressos no quarto, algo incomum em hotéis desse padrão. O spa é bom, com uma agradável piscina aquecida.

Lugar paradisíaco, funcionários educadissimos, mas a parte da alimentação deixa a desejar. Atendimento na piscina vai somente até às 17h. Depois disso você é obrigado a ir para o restaurante. Cardápios limitados e refeições longe de um hotel 5 estrelas. Café da manhã com pouca variedade e voce só descobre depois que pode pedir coisas diferentes do que tem no cardápio.

Hotel é antigo, tem 25 anos. Porém, está conservado! Pontos positivos O restaurante da praia e o restaurante principal possuem boa execução dos pratos e são bem saborosos. Só poderiam ter uma variedade maior. Ponto alto para o peixe assado na praia e o arroz de polvo que o chefe Nena preparou como prato do dia. Em geral os funcionários são mto educados e prestativos, em especial: Gleidson, Marcos, Diana e Luna. Decidimos conhecer o txai e comemorar o aniversário do meu filho de 3 anos, já que o hotel que sempre frequentamos em trancoso estava fechado para um casamento nessa mesma data. Conversamos antes que gostaríamos de fazer um bolinho pra ele e uma mesa de doces para tirarmos umas fotos e guardarmos como recordação. Falaram que não haveria problema. Porém, no dia do aniversário nos colocaram no salão de jogos. Um ambiente super escuro e com escadas. Estávamos com mais 10 pessoas da nossa família, a maior parte eram idosos, algo que dificultou mto a nossa locomoção e experiência. Existe um casarão antigo, muito grande, com vários ambientes, gostaríamos de montar ali,já que era um ambiente plano e mais iluminado. De manha, NO DIA DO ANIVERSÁRIO, uma funcionária chamada Mariana nos abordou no café da manhã com um ar super ríspido e hostil, dizendo que provavelmente teria que ser no salao de jogos. Insistimos e ela disse que iria ver. De tarde, quando fomos ver estava lá. Tentei falar com a recepção e a gerente Ana (super despreparada) nao foi capaz de nos ajudar!

Como sempre pego bangalô o mais top dos resort que frequento, esse foi péssimo recepção na suíte nada e ainda tive que pedir para limpar, no próximo dia 3 vezes para limpar, no 3 dia além da limpeza não tinha sabonete e mais colocaram um par de meia na minha cama que não era minha um absurdo, toalha na minha piscina privada não trocavam, nenhuma privacidade na piscina e mais na hora do check-out queriam me cobrar capísula do expresso que tomei na minha suite, esse não recomendo para ninguém. Eles tem que aprender com resort nanai , carmel , fasano etc
