Good hotel very close to the Brazilian side of the waterfalls and the airport. Food was not amazing and the amenities, excluding the gym, are not in the best condition and you cannot really enjoy them 100%. It seems to be a good option for families.

This location was convenient to the airport and for travel to/from Iguazu Falls on the Brazilian and Argentinian sides. Multiple pools to choose from. Very family friendly. Extensive buffet breakfast provided daily and included with room fee. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Located next to a large shopping center, an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel

Excellent location if you’re visiting Iguazú falls. The hotels has an excellent gym which is very well equipped (the best gym is any that I have ever stayed at). The food and drink at the hotel is very well priced. Lovely pool area to chill out in and a really good breakfast. Just what you would expect from a chain hotel. Not a lot to do around the hotel or many bars or restaurants. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel with restaurants as an alternate option to the hotel. I’d recommend staying here.

Staff weren’t very friendly at all apart from one waiter in the restaurant and the lovely lady in the spa Lots of people smoking and vaping around the pool area even around the children’s pool area Charged for water at table Had to get someone to come and fix the air con as didn’t work Nowhere to get lunch between certain times as kitchen is closed! Was the worst place I stayed in Brazil as just so unfriendly :(
